However, there is a rumor that there might be a compromise in the works, with a proper ranked mode potentially coming to the game. Three-time Call of Duty world champion James “Clayster” Eubanks, 28, has officially signed with the New York Subliners. The player had been released from the Dallas Empire a day after the new four-vs-four format was announced for the 2021 Call of Duty League season, only two days after the team won a world championship. According to Los Angeles County Judge Gregory Alarcon, Billy Mitchell’s defamation case against high-score adjudicators at Twin Galaxies, the official supplier of video game records to Guinness World Records, meets the “minimal merit” standard necessary to move forward to trial.
