About a month ago, a retail listing appeared online showing the impending availability of an HD version of Burnout Paradise, hinting that the racing game was on deck to receive an updated version for current generation platforms. Now, it looks as if the post was accurate to a point, as Electronic Arts and Criterion Games have officially revealed that a remastered iteration of the title is on the way, and will arrive as early as next month....

PSN and Steam gamers hungry for more Call of Duty need wait no longer as Treyarch has revealed the release date for the latest map pack, Annihilation. First released as a timed Xbox 360 exclusive, the map pack will release on July 28th for both PSN and Steam. No price details were given but it’s highly likely the price will fall in line with previous DLC releases at a steep $14....

YouTuber NoahJ456 offered a look at the Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War main menu while streaming the Black Ops Cold War multiplayer reveal event. Based on his footage, it appears to have a fairly basic design that resembles Modern Warfare’s main menu. Somehow, it happened—Atari revealed more information on it’s new console, The Artari Box. Or should we say, the Atari VCS, according to Engadget. If that name sounds familiar, it’s for a reason. That was the original name for what is now the Atari 2600—that retro console with the wood paneling and a controller with one button. Players will still be able to use a variation of that console if they so choose, but Atari also revealed a more modern controller at GDC, which looks similar to the Switch’s pro controller....

Although Just Cause 2 has been receiving a surprising amount of player support in the mod scene, there’s no denying the franchise is ripe for a next-gen (or current-gen now?) update.
