Activision and Infinity Ward are getting ready to share more information about 2019’s Call of Duty multiplayer plans coming in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare. Today the confirmation came through that the “multiplayer universe” of Call of Duty: Modern Warfare will be unveiled in a special livestream event on August 1. The unveiling of Call of Duty: Modern Warfare’s multiplayer universe will come on August 1. A specific time wasn’t provided, but Infinity Ward promises that fans can expect a “comprehensive, epic, and suitably bombastic” reveal with a deep look at gameplay....

Earlier this month, Activision’s Call of Duty: Warzone hit a milestone with over 60 million players having taken part since it launched in March. Those players who are interested in customizing the vehicles they can find throughout the battle royale’s giant map can turn to the Call of Duty: Modern Warfare store and pick up a special “Plunder Pack” that bundles a collection of vehicle skins together. The Plunder Pack was first advertised on the Activision Games Blog on May 11, where it was described as having special gold-and-black skins with tinted windows “for every drivable vehicle” in Modern Warfare’s multiplayer, Warzone, and Special Ops....
