Many hot, new indie titles were unveiled during the first day of the Guerrilla Collective showcase. Perhaps one of the most interesting titles shown was Kitfox Games’ dungeon-crawling/dating sim hybrid, Boyfriend Dungeon. Kitfox Games is an independent developer and publisher based out of Montreal. Its team has released several titles including Shattered Planet, a turn-based RPG about exploring a dangerous planet. Call of Duty: Modern Warfare’s update adds new playlists to multiplayer, a double XP day, and exclusive bundles this week. While players wait for the Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War multiplayer reveal, the new Modern Warfare playlists and game modes will add some exciting new objectives. The new game mode coming to Call of Duty: Modern Warfare multiplayer is Search and Rescue, which combines aspects of both Kill Confirmed and Search and Destroy to create a strategical objective mode....

Dataminers have uncovered a plethora of new and exciting modes coming to Call of Duty: Warzone. So far, there are seven in total, and among them include Battle Royale Duos and Battle Royal Quads, which means players will no longer be limited to playing in trios. As their names imply, Duos and Quads will allow players to enter Warzone as teams of two and four, where they’ll then play out the regular objective of looting and killing until standing as the last remaining team....

Earlier this week, Infinity Ward released a new update for Call of Duty: Warzone as it does most Tuesdays. However, this latest update for the game proved to be fairly controversial, as it swapped the standard Trios mode with a different mode called Scopes and Scatter Guns. Call of Duty: Warzone’s Scopes and Scatter Guns mode still limited the team size to three players, but changed the rules so that players were only able to use shotguns and snipers....

When Call of Duty: Warzone first launched last week, it launched with only a trios mode, meaning players are forced to be in a team with two other players at all times. The latest Call of Duty Warzone patch notes have arrived, and they feature some long-awaited changes to the battle royale’s LMG weapons. The biggest change in this recent update may just be a reduction to the Bruen MK9’s effective damage range. The Bruen has become something of an all-purpose solution for Warzone players who have been taking advantage (some would say “exploiting”) this gun’s accuracy and high rate of fire. With this change, the Bruen will likely be a far less effective solution at longer ranges....
