Battlefield 2042‘s launch hasn’t been…great, but anyone looking to try out the latest entry in this historic multiplayer franchise will probably want to go into the game with at least a little knowledge about which guns and weapons are currently dominating the meta. Well, so far as that goes, I’ve got some good and bad news for you. The good news is that Battlefield 2042 eliminates much of the pain and confusion that come from needing to “choose” a gun by making one of the game’s weapons so absurdly powerful that there’s really no reason to use anything else....

Biomutant, the upcoming action game from Experiment 101 and THQ Nordic, has remained something of a mystery, with gamers having few details to go off of in terms of its actual release. Biomutant gameplay looks promising, leading to excitement for the upcoming game. And while there’s still no release date for the title, there is now a release window. THQ Nordic’s parent company, Embracer Group, revealed that the game will be released during this fiscal year, along with plenty of other titles, in a recent investor’s call....

Biomutant arrives next week, and we already know a lot about it thanks to all the trailers, teasers, and leaks that have been making the rounds online. But the most recent trailer straight from developer Experiment 101 is probably the best all-in-one explanation for this charmingly strange game yet. “Biomutant is an open world, post-apocalyptic, kung-fu fable,” says creative director Stefan Ljungvist in the trailer’s opening moments. When it was released earlier this year, many called From Software’s macabre title, Bloodborne, one of the best things on PS4. And although it was one of the best selling games of March, that release date may have kept the game from some serious holiday sales. Although Breath of the Wild doesn’t have dungeons in the traditional sense that caused many gamers to fall in love with the Legend of Zelda series in the first place, it does, instead, have 120 Shrines to complete as well as 42 associated Shrine Quests that lock certain Shrines behind story events or other puzzles. One of these side quests is The Secret of Snowy Peaks, which unlocks the Suma Sahma Shrine when completed....

Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War is set to be integrated with Call of Duty: Warzone next week, with fans wondering if anything special would be done to commemorate the occasion. Based on a new leak for Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War, a nuke event may be coming to Verdansk, explaining the upcoming Warzone changes. How deep the upcoming nuke event will be is unclear, though given the complex Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War reveal in Warzone, the Call of Duty developers will likely do something special regarding the launching of the Verdansk nuke....

Activision and Treyarch recently confirmed that the next Call of Duty game is Black Ops 4. That game will be fully revealed at an event that is set to take place in May, with the game itself to be released in mid-October. Given that this game has yet to make it off of the conveyor belt, some may be surprised to learn that the next game in the franchise is already being teased....

Every Tuesday, Call of Duty: Warzone and Modern Warfare players expect a new update from Infinity Ward. In fact, Infinity Ward even announced a new Call of Duty: Warzone and Modern Warfare update for Tuesday, March 24, which was set to add new weapons, a new multiplayer map, and more.
