The Rito Village may not have a lot going on inside its spire and holds easily one of the shortest Divine Beast main quests that players can complete, but what it lacks in the main storyline it makes up for with side quests. One of these side quests is a Shrine quest, The Bird In The Mountains, that opens the Mozo Shenno Shrine when completed. For the most part, this side quest is fairly easy, though it can also be a point of difficulty if players don’t know exactly what they are looking for....

“Yahaha!” is the lovable sound of the Koroks that any Breath of the Wild fan welcomes. Whilst exploring the lush vistas of Hyrule, you may know that these spirits with leaf faces are hiding under rocks or disguised as sparkling leaves all over the map - and there are many to find. Over 900 of them exist in the game and one fan has pledged to take a selfie with every one....

Bungie announced today that the Bungie Foundation is partnering with Direct Relief, a non-profit currently bolstering relief efforts in Houston, Texas. Bungie is offering an exclusive pin for purchase through the Bungie Store for $15, with all profits going to Direct Relief in support of Hurricane Harvey relief. Bungie is also including an exclusive Destiny 2 emblem with the pin to help sweeten the donation pot. In commemoration of Call of Duty: Black Ops 3’s release today, Sony declares that Activision’s and Treyarch’s first-person shooter is best experienced on the PS4. Sony Computer Entertainment’s Vice President of Publisher & Development Relations, Adam Boyes, has declared that PlayStation 4 is the “best place to play” Call of Duty: Black Ops 3. The full statement from the tech firm executive regarding the matter makes reference to Sony’s co-marketing and exclusivity partnership made with Activison that was announced back at E3 2015 in June....

As players make their way through Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War’s Desperate Measures mission, they may encounter a poison cabinet in the corner of Kravchenko’s Office. Fans will not be able to open this cabinet until they have obtained a special code, though, and exactly where that code can be found may not be immediately obvious. Fortunately, it is quite easy to locate the requisite combination and open the poison cabinet in CoD: Black Ops Cold War....

The newest Call of Duty game is set to come out this fall. Treyarch is responsible for the game this year, which is expected to be another entry in the Black Ops series. This entry is supposed to bridge the gap between Black Ops 1 and Black Ops II. Much to the enjoyment of fans, some familiar faces and new faces make an appearance in the game. While not much is known about the Zombies or multiplayer, fans can notice a few details from the reveal trailer as well as other information having been confirmed via news outlets and other gaming media channels....

Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War is only days away from its multiplayer reveal, and while this event isn’t going to require a massive easter egg hunt in Warzone, it should be providing players with a bit more than a two minute trailer. Multiplayer for Black Ops Cold War will be shown at 10 AM PT on September 9th across Twitch. The time was confirmed by the official Call of Duty Twitter account, with the additional description providing the plan to show off the “new maps, modes and experiences” of Black Ops Cold War....

Call of Duty: Mobile has managed to make the action of the game series portable, giving players many unique gameplay mechanics as well as the familiar elements of the Call of Duty franchise. The game is celebrating its first anniversary as well as its 11th season and as a result, there are plenty of updates coming to Mobile. Fans will be treated to a new map that may be familiar to dedicated players as well as a host of other updates to celebrate the game....

Infinity Ward recently teased big additions for Halloween in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare and Warzone, and the developer certainly seems to be delivering on that promise. With Warzone receiving a special Haunting of Verdansk event to celebrate Halloween, Modern Warfare players are getting an event called All Hallow’s Eve that brings some spooky redesigns of multiplayer maps and character models. Players will be able to explore the All Hallow’s Eve content with their overpowered JAK-12 shotguns in tow, starting with classic modes like Domination and Kill Confirmed....

There are a lot of things currently going on with Infinity Ward’s popular battle royale title, Call of Duty: Warzone. The various bunkers dotted around the Verdansk map can now be opened by players for random rewards, dataminers discovered the existence of Black Ops style content, and new leaks seem to indicate that a large portion of the map is going to change. Outside of all that, Season 4 is on the horizon, which should also have a fair share of secrets to uncover....

On paper, Call of Duty: Warzone‘s Haunting of Verdansk update looked like a fun way to kill a little time before the release of Cold War and celebrate Halloween a little ahead of schedule (as if we weren’t already doing that). However, it turns out that Warzone‘s new Zombies mode is actually the battle royale’s best event so far and a pretty fun tribute to the glory days of CoD‘s best Zombies modes....

In a video that Infinity Ward sent to popular Twitch streamer NICKMERCS, fans get a glimpse of what appears to be a train entering the Warzone map. Call of Duty: Black Ops 4 may be getting closer to launch, but that doesn’t mean Sledgehammer is finished releasing content for their newest entry into the franchise, Call of Duty: World War 2. Publisher Activision revealed the new DLC pack, titled United Front, with a brand new trailer. The new pack will feature three multiplayer maps called Market Garden, Monte Cassino, and Stalingrad; a new War map titled Operation Supercharge; and a Zombies map called The Tortured Path....

Activision releases the launch trailer for Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare Remastered, showing the improved visuals alongside classic missions from the almost ten year old shooter. Call of Duty enthusiasts are used to getting a new game every year at this point, but for 2016, Activision is releasing two. While Infinite Warfare plans to take players into more science fiction territory than has been previously seen in the series, there appears to be an equal amount of excitement over its companion game, Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare Remastered....

When Blackout—Treyarch’s series first battle royale mode—was revealed to have replaced the campaign mode in Call of Duty: Black Ops 4, fans were skeptical. Now, roughly half a year after release, the experience has been bolstered by a number of updates and seasonal events. A few weeks ago, the Blackout team dropped hints regarding the inclusion of Alcatraz Island in Blackout, a location previously seen in the Mob of the Dead and Blood of the Dead Zombies-mode maps....

Call of Duty: Mobile is nearing its one-year anniversary and that means new updates. Of course, new updates mean new leaks — specifically for both season 11 and the game’s anniversary. Call of Duty: Mobile has seen pretty expansive growth since its launch on October 1 of last year. The game even features fan-favorites like zombies mode and the rust map. It’s even been rumored that it will connect to Warzone thanks to a job listing from Activision....

Players will find out that searching for gear and equipment in the upcoming Assassin’s Creed Valhalla won’t be the same, according to the development team. Assassin’s Creed Valhalla will ditch the whole lootbox system, and won’t be incorporating a randomized loot system like the one in Assassin’s Creed Origins and Assassin’s Creed Odyssey. “Every piece of gear is unique in the game and [can be] upgraded extensively […],” the narrative director explained....

A Show of Character is the next main quest in Assassin’s Creed Valhalla Wrath of the Druids after Flann Over Ireland, and tasks you with retrieving the iconic Book of Kells for Abbot Eogan of Armagh - interestingly, the Book of Kells still survives today and can be viewed in Trinity College Dublin. This is a fairly lengthy quest with lots of twists and turns, further ramping up the pace of the core Wrath of the Druids narrative....

I didn’t have to wait very long to play one of my most-anticipated titles of 2021. Atelier Ryza 2: Lost Legends & the Secret Fairy actually launched over a month ago in Japan, but it gets its North American release today for Nintendo Switch, PS4, PS5, and PC via Steam. In my preview, I applauded the cozy world that has been created in the 22nd entry into the long-running Atelier series, along with the game’s combat mechanics, alchemy system, characters, and narrative....
