Call of Duty: Warzone fans occasionally put their creative skills to the test and bring a part of the game world into the real world. While some players choose to cosplay an operator, others choose to make something that they can give to others. No matter the case, Call of Duty: Warzone fans love seeing pieces of the game brought to reality. In the past, players have created fake promos, Call of Duty: Warzone-themed hot sauce, and tons of Ghost cosplays....

This past week introduced a hefty update into Call of Duty: Modern Warfare pushing its already large hard drive space requirements even higher. While fans aren’t thrilled about the game’s overall size, the update continued to make the game even better with fixes and new content. This latest patch updated playlists, added new bundles such as the Classic Ghost skin, and made a few changes to the game mode as well....

As many predicted, Call of Duty: WW2 wound up being a major success last year, with Activision and Sledgehammer Games’ first-person shooter having been officially declared the best-selling game of 2017. Following the game’s lucrative prosperity, Sledgehammer Games’ co-founders, Michael Condrey and Glen Schofield, have now decided to leave the developer and transition into different roles within the studio’s parent company, Activision. According to Kotaku, both Condrey and Schofield will be leaving the studio behind Call of Duty: WW2 in order to take on “new executive duties inside Activision,” with Sledgehammer Games’ Aaron Halon to lead the development company henceforth....

Activision has made much of the fact that Call of Duty: WW2 is designed to take the venerable FPS franchise back to its roots. However, there’s now confirmation that a particular mechanic introduced in recent years is being removed, which should help make gameplay more closely resemble older installments. Last week, a fans asked Sledgehammer Games co-founder Michael Condrey whether Call of Duty: WW2 would feature the unlimited sprint mechanic. Condrey was more up-front with his answer than you might expect, responding with a succinct tweet that simply read, ’nope....

The coronavirus pandemic has impacted almost every aspect of daily life and as a result, it has led to the cancellation of several esport events. Despite this, it seems that Call of Duty League has managed to find a way of continuing by going completely online and abandoning events that would require people to interact and possibly spread the coronavirus. It has now been announced that the league will return on April 10th....

Capcom seems to be really big on non-committal release date announcements. After revealing that Ghosts N Goblins Resurrection would be coming “soon” to PC, PS4, and Xbox One, the company has announced that the Capcom Arcade Stadium would be following suit on the same platforms. “Soon,” you’ll be able to relive Capcom’s glory days on current generation platforms with this re-release that contains 32 games. Much like the same promotion done for the Switch version earlier this year, players will be able to download a free copy of 1943 - The Battle of Midway when the compilation pack is made available....

When BioWare co-founder Dr. Greg Zeschuk stepped away from the game industry, it seemed like he was gone for good.
