Without a doubt, Call of Duty fans are eagerly anticipating next month’s launch of the World War II-inspired Call of Duty: WW2, but while they wait, fans of the first-person shooter franchise now have a bevy of content to experience in Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare. Call of Duty: Modern Warfare and Warzone’s Season 5 battle pass has been detailed, offering players 100 new tiers to level their way through and a ton of new rewards to unlock along the way. The announcement comes just a few days after Modern Warfare’s Season 5 trailer, which revealed some of the changes fans can expect in the coming weeks. Out of the gate, players that purchase the Season 5 battle pass will unlock Lerch, a new operator and a member of Shadow Company, a new faction that will seemingly play a major role in seasonal content from here on out....

Call of Duty: Warzone is kicking off Season 4 on Wednesday, June 3, and fans are expecting it to come with some big changes to the battle royale map. Infinity Ward and Activision have remained tight-lipped about what kind of changes Warzone may see in Season 4, but dataminers have found evidence that it could include the destruction of the map’s large Dam location. While fans should take this with a grain of salt, it seems some dataminers have found evidence in the Call of Duty: Warzone update files that point to the destruction of Dam via missiles....

A lone Warzone player was left abandoned by his squad, but a helpful band of enemies dropped some armor plates to cheer him up. It can be tough getting ahead in Warzone–especially if you’re left alone after your squadmates get taken out in the early portion of the game. That’s what happened to Reddit user MensWashroom6-201U, who was left with just himself and a pistol in a Warzone match. Things got even worse when he came across an enemy squad....

The developers of Call of Duty: Mobile announced that a popular Modern Warfare 2 map will be coming soon to the game. The mobile game will be seeing the fan-favorite Highrise map return to the franchise in the near future. Call of Duty: Mobile is currently on Season 7, though there was initially a delay due to political and racial tensions in the United States. While the wait for fans is now over, the developers are continuing to add new content to the game even after the new season launch about a week ago....

Atlus has just announced brand new streaming restrictions and guidelines concerning the upcoming Nintendo Switch port of Catherine: Full Body, which is set to release on July 17. According to Atlus’ official Japanese website, any recorded footage and audio that’s uploaded or streamed from the game must only be used for personal use, and cannot be profited off of. All footage must include copyright logos for both “ATLUS” and “SEGA”. Finally, players will be restricted from recording any footage from the sixth day to the ending in the Golden Theatre story mode, meaning that none of the character routes can be (legally) uploaded or streamed....

Warner Bros. Pictures has had a string of recent successes in the realm of superhero movies and intellectual property management. But it doesn’t feel that way, huh? To be sure, Matt Reeves’ The Batman reinvigorated that character’s brand, grossing $770 million in a meager 45-day theatrical window, which is well up since the same character headlined the disastrous 2017 release of Justice League to the anemic tune of $658 million. Video game developer DICE writes a blog post explaining how the melee combat system works within its forthcoming first-person shooter Battlefield 1. Since the release date for Battlefield 1 is a little more than a month away, the developers for the World War I shooter not only want fans to be excited for the upcoming title, but also wish to explicate as much as possible before Battlefield 1’s launch. With this being the case, DICE recently published a blog post focusing on the FPS’ melee weaponry and how the bludgeoning objects will be incorporated into the final version of the game now that its open beta has ended....
