As many may have guessed, Black Ops Cold War has been rated M for Mature for Blood and Gore, Drug Reference, Intense Violence, Strong Language, Suggestive Themes, Users Interact, and In-Game Purchases. In addition to these descriptors, the ESRB has gone into more detail about specific content in Black Ops Cold War that warrants its M for Mature rating....

As nearly everyone on the internet has noted, the English accent Oscar Isaac adopts in the upcoming Disney+ series Moon Knight has no basis in the real universe. But you may be surprised to learn that it has no basis in the Marvel Comics universe, either. The choice to play Steven Grant, one of Moon Knight’s alter-egos, as a nervous Brit with an unusual accent came entirely from Isaac himself....

Bless Unleashed might be getting a second chance at life on consoles, as the game is now in closed beta on PlayStation 4. The MMORPG is currently only available on Xbox One and is scheduled for a PC release later next year. The closed beta runs until August 24 and will help the developers gauge the title’s performance on Sony’s current-gen system. Bless Unleashed is expected to release on PlayStation 4 by the end of the year....

Gearbox Software recently hosted a new episode of The Borderlands Show, its series that details new content coming to the popular looter-shooter Borderlands 3. The latest episode of the show focused on the new content coming to the game for March and April, and it also gave viewers a new shift code that they can redeem for a whopping five Golden Keys. Like all Borderlands 3 shift codes, the new shift code can be redeemed in-game, through the Borderlands website, or through the Gearbox Software website....

Crunch time in the video game industry is a hot topic lately, as reports continue to surface of video game companies expecting their employees to work excessive hours. The latest report centers around Treyarch, the studio behind the Call of Duty: Black Ops series of games, which has been accused of mistreating its contracted QA Testers. E3 Week’s best tradition continues in 2021: Activision’s next Call of Duty game has been leaked ahead of an official announcement. The new game, whose development is being led by Sledgehammer Games, is called Call of Duty: Vanguard and will be set during World War II, marking the first time the franchise has been back to that era since 2017. Every single internal studio within Activision is said to be working on the game to get it out in time for the holidays....
