Bethesda’s hotly anticipated game, Starfield, may skip E3 2020, suggests Todd Howard. The company has already confirmed that Starfield will be skipping E3 2019, but a new quote suggests that the game may sit out next year’s event too. As part of its Unfiltered interview series, IGN asked Starfield game director Todd Howard when fans may get to see the game. Howard told the publication that “everyone should be patient,” explaining that he likes to leave as little time as possible between when a game is shown off and its release date....

The new BioShock game is currently being developed by a brand new team, Cloud Chamber Studios. The studio’s recent job advertisements suggest the game will feature a “living” open world complete with sidequests, which sounds like a shift away from the more compact experiences of the series’ previous entries. The studio has 17 job listings posted at the moment, but the ones that are generating the most buzz are for the senior writer and senior world designer roles....

The BioShock franchise has been very lucrative for 2K Games and it looks like the third game in the franchise, BioShock Infinite, will once again continue the trend. Analysts believe the game could sell millions of copies, with Mike Hickey from Jacobs Partners pegging the estimate at 4.9 million copies shipped, which equates to $221 million in sales. Both BioShock games have surpassed over three million units sold to date each, bringing the series’ worldwide sales to date at just over six million copies....

Black Widow posted record-breaking numbers at the domestic box office this past weekend. Each player on the team racked up an exceptionally high amount of kills on their own, but as a squad, they now hold an incredibly impressive record in Warzone. Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War’s weapons take a fair bit longer to level up than they have in previous entries, limiting players’ ability to fully trick out their arsenal for Multiplayer. However, YouTuber Glitching Queen has discovered an easy method to level up guns quickly in Zombies, further emphasized by this weekend’s double XP bonus in Black Ops Cold War. The method is surprisingly simple. According to Glitching Queen, players earn more weapon XP early on in Zombies, specifically during rounds 2 and 3, allowing players to boost their weapons by starting a match, playing a few rounds, backing out, and then starting the process over again, though there is some nuance to this that can make the system more efficient....

An Australian man who traveled nine miles to play Pokemon GO, has been fined $1,652 for violating the lockdown restrictions in Melbourne. The man, one of 172 individuals fined on Sunday for breaching the Chief Health Officer directions, was stopped as he made his way from Sunshine in the city’s east to Melbourne’s city center. Of the 172 fines, 27 people ticketed for refusing to wear a mask while in public....
