Michael Dante DiMartino and Bryan Konietzko, co-creators of Avatar: The Last Airbender, have exited the upcoming live-action adaptation of the series, citing creative differences with Netflix. The live-action series, which was announced back in 2018, was met with much excitement. Both DiMartino and Konietzko were made executive producers and show runners, giving fans assurance that this adaptation would stay true to its source unlike others seen in the past. On August 12, DiMartino posted an article to his personal website entitled “An open letter to Avatar: The Last Airbender fans....

It’s another year and another release in the longest running WWE series in video games. Despite having quite a bugs that need addressing sooner rather than later our summary of WWE 2K18 was a mostly positive one for the franchise. The most impressive aspect of the game is the fact that it is jam-packed with content, new moves, and features that should please even the most critical of wrestling fans. The long-awaited follow-up to indie developer Thomas Happ’s Metroidvania game, Axiom Verge 2 will arrive on Switch and PC, as an Epic Games Store exclusive, in the spring. Axiom Verge 2, which has been in development for four years, features a new environment, new characters, enemies and powers. The game, which was due out last fall, was delayed as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic as well as Happ’s desire to make the enemies more sophisticated and improve the address disruptor tool....

Just over a year ago, Activision released Spider-Man: Shattered Dimensions, a game developed by Beenox that offered a fresh and unique take on the webslinger and the comic book video game genre.
