Bluepoint Games has updated its Twitter bio to say that it is a fully independent self-funded studio", amidst rumours of Sony acquiring it. Earlier in the week, Sony announced that it was purchasing Returnal developers Housemarque and released an image on Twitter to mark the announcement. Sony Japan did the same thing, but accidentally attached an image that seemed to reveal that Sony was also acquiring Bluepoint Games, the developers behind the PS5 remake of Demon’s Souls....
