Video game developer BioWare comments on the news of Titan Books’ publication of a novel series focusing on the story in between Mass Effect 3 and Mass Effect: Andromeda. Following the news that publisher Titan Books is set to release the first of four novels from a series focusing on the Mass Effect franchise in the next couple of months, BioWare recently spoke up about the announcement in an official blog post....

For a game that probably won’t be out for a couple of years, there’s plenty of hype already for Mass Effect 4, the upcoming addition to BioWare’s extremely popular and critically-acclaimed science fiction RPG franchise. Previous talk from the developers has suggested that Mass Effect 4 could either focus on one of the secondary characters from the original trilogy, or could be a completely unrelated storyline set in the same universe, but at this point most of the details are still being kept very secret....

It’s been nearly a year and a half since Commander Shepard tackled the Reaper threat in the last Mass Effect game, and despite the controversial ending it has been quite clear that fans are yearning for more from the Mass Effect universe. Black Desert Mobile continues to expand its roster, today adding Kunoichi – a martial arts master that uses a shortsword to cut through foes. Her arrival is currently being celebrated with an in-game Level Up Event that provides you with a variety of perks until your new class hits Level 70. Manage to reach Level 70 with Kunoichi and you’ll earn 2,000 Black Pearls and several other rewards every ten levels....

Treyarch pulls back the curtain on Call of Duty: Black Ops 3, revealing the ninth and final Specialist character for the game, as well as a new multiplayer map. In the first of the planned weekly livestream leading up to the release of Call of Duty: Black Ops 3, Treyarch introduced the Specialist character Firebreak to the world, along with a brand new multiplayer map called Redwood. The Redwood multiplayer map for Black Ops 3 looks to be a change of pace from the other previously revealed maps for the game....

As Twitch has steadily grown more popular over the years, fans have seen some of streaming’s biggest names team up with a host of notable celebrities. Ninja alone has hosted the likes of Drake and Travis Scott on his live streams before, while Soulja Boy, Terry Crews, and Snoop Dogg all have their own Twitch channels for fans to tune into. Despite a seemingly endless number of bugs and a limited amount of content, the Zombies offering of Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War has proven successful. While fans warmed up to the new mechanics of the mode quickly, one persistent issue in Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War Zombies has been related to weapon XP. While players recently discovered a Weapon XP exploit in Zombies, the trick requires lots of setup and does not allow players to enjoy a full match of the addictive survival mode....

Finding time to meet up for tabletop RPGs is tough. Many more campaigns of Dungeons & Dragons (D&D) have failed due to scheduling conflicts than to any in-game challenge. But now, one new solution to this problem has appeared in the form of a mash-up of brunch and D&D known as Bruncheons & Dragons. An Atlanta, GA, sports bar called, Diesel Filling Station, will be hosting “Bruncheons & Dragons: Summer In Hell,” a meal described by the event’s Facebook page as, “Ancient breakfromancers delved too deeply into forbidden culinary lore....

Because both start with the letter “B,” Black Desert and Bugatti have decided to collaborate on a bizarre, in-game event for all BDO players. Until the first week of July, you’ll find exclusive Bugatti quests that reward you with rare items, including appropriated themed speed boosts for mounts. You’ll also have a chance to purchase Bugatti-themed items from the Black Desert shop. Black Desert has held some strange events over the years, but this one takes the cake....

Leveling is an important part of the Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War community. As players gain ranks, they slowly unlock new weapons and cosmetics for use in multiplayer game modes.
