Here’s how you drag a friend out of the fire: using an ATV.

There’s kind of a standard operating procedure when your squad comes under fire: take cover, locate the enemy, and return suppressing fire. If anybody gets downed, you assess whether they can be revived safely or if they have to be sacrificed for the overall health of the team.

But Reddit user AwkwardGamer1994 is a “no man left behind” kind of Warzone player. Rather than leave their friend to die, AwkwardGamer1994 does something unique with the ATV: they back up. And then they just keep on backing up.

This wasn’t just to provide cover for a downed teammate, either. This was to yeet the hell out of that dangerous situation in the most expedient way possible. While the ATV is perfectly capable of downing opponents by running them over, it becomes an impassable object to downed friendlies. This allowed AwkwardGamer1994 to “carry” a squadmate to a safe space while they used a self-revive kit.

Ready for action, the squadmate returns to life on the back of the ATV with rifle in hand. That’s Warzone realism for you.
