The Call of Duty Warzone community continues to grow with each new season update, and with it comes innovations from players trying to win. Recently, some players have found ways to make the munitions box into makeshift lethal equipment.

While usually players use the munitions box early or late in the game to stock up on much-needed ammo, players may overlook a helpful quirk that comes with each deployed munitions box. There are no glitches, special tricks,  or anything complicated involved in making greater use of your munitions box, because it just involves shooting it once deployed.

On Reddit, user c14ret posted a quick clip of a player quickly deploying a munitions box, waiting for the enemy to pop his head out, then shooting the munitions box to secure the kill. Turns out, shooting the box full of extra grenades can make quite the dangerous explosive. There are various examples of players making quick use of this munitions box trick to get a quick kill when they are in a pinch. While there needs to be more testing into the damage range, as well as damage dealt on armored enemies versus non-armored enemies, the munitions box can deal some severe damage to anyone within a few meters of its explosion.

Is the munitions box going to become a meta pick for all Warzone firefights? Probably not, but it would not be a bad idea to have at least one person on the squad carrying a munitions box for some added firepower. The most significant trade-off in doing this sneaky tactic is losing out on extra munitions, but that can be remedied by picking up the ammo off the opponents you just sent up in flames.

This munitions box tactic is probably best used when players can put some distance between themselves and their opponent, because rushing into enemies during a firefight will probably get you shot down before the deployment animation finishes. There is a great deal of potential for this tactic to be used as a way to bait enemies, or placing a box at the end of a corridor since enemies will always scan for claymores, C4, or mines, but not for munition boxes.
