So you want the new Enigma assault rifle? Here’s how you get it.
Season 5 of Call of Duty: Warzone is here, and with it comes a train circling Verdansk and a brand new and open stadium. It’s also got easter eggs hiding around every corner that might offer players clues on what to expect with the upcoming 2020 Call of Duty game.
One of those easter eggs can be found in the stadium where a secret door is hiding a brand new blueprint for the CR-56 AMAX heavy assault rifle, Enigma. Getting access is a bit of a chore, but you’ll make it with a bit of persistence. Let’s go over what you need to do to find it.
1. Find 3 Blue Keycards
Your first task is to find three blue keycards that have been randomly placed in and around the stadium.
They’ll each be found on one of the stadium’s three levels: Parking, Concourse, and Executive. Parking is the lowest level and has access to vehicles, so your best bet is to get a car and drive around searching. The card might spawn in the stairwells or locker rooms, in which case you’ll need to get out and scrounge around.
The Concourse card is a lot harder as it can be hiding behind a lot of stuff like stairs and bars. And finally, the Executive card is found on the top level and might be a little easier to spot thanks to the less cluttered layout.
Each card will have a room number on it that corresponds with a room on that floor. Enter the room and make sure you’ve got a pen and paper handy for the next part of meandering easter egg.
2. Get The Codes
Inside each of the three rooms opened by those keycards is a computer. Activating the computer makes it display a code that’s 8 characters long. There are numbers in this code as well as three symbols that need to be deciphered in order to complete the 8 digit code.
To decipher the code, head to the first room and right down whatever the computer spits out. You’ll likely need a shorthand for the symbols, with Reddit user StrangerRobijn suggesting H for the house-like symbol, N for the nose-lookin’ symbol, and C for what appears to be a Chinese letter.
Your first code might have a few Ns and Cs, but no Hs. The second code will have Cs and Hs, but no Ns. And the third code will have Ns and Hs, but no Cs. Line up each of the codes one on top of the other to see what number corresponds with which symbol. This will give you the 8 digit code you’ll need to access the secret room.
3. Type The Code Into The Keypad In The Roundabout
The secret room is in the stadium’s roundabout. It’ll be locked by a keypad, the code for which you figured out by going to all three computers. Enter that code and you’ll find the Enigma assault rifle waiting for you on the table.
It should be noted that you don’t technically need to access all three computers to get the final code. Getting two keycards and accessing two computers is usually enough to decipher all but one of the symbols. You can brute force the door by just guessing every number from 0 to 9, and we might even recommend that if you’re having trouble finding the third keycard.
Congrats! You just got the Enigma. But those keycards might lead to other secrets hidden around Verdansk, so keep searching throughout your Warzone matches.
