Every Call of Duty player has to endure heartbreak at least once. It hits at the most inconvenient time, when just a little care is needed. It starts with a little grenade to mark a location, then a few seconds later, the care package is set for betrayal by falling on a building or straight onto the player. Players have lost so many care packages in the history of Call of Duty, now one player may have found a new, hilarious way to lose a care package.

The Reddit clip starts with user, ‘Bwil34’ dying with low ammo, and has already unlocked the Juggernaut killstreak. In order to get the Juggernaut suit, players must get 15 kills without dying and then call in a care package. 15 kills without dying is always impressive, but the need for skill does not stop there. When calling in a Juggernaut suit in Modern Warfare, all players are notified and the care package takes time to physically fall to the ground.

Juggernaut suits also take about 20 to 30 seconds to be dropped, all while the enemy team knows it is inbound. This increases the chances of the Juggernaut care package being stolen. It is important to note that the clip is on the map, Rust, which is one of the smallest maps in Call of Duty. As soon as the player calls in the Juggernaut, they turn the corner and eliminate an enemy very close by. After feeling secure enough, the player looks up at care package, only to witness one of the most heartbreaking moments.

The care package appears to be shot with a missile in midair and is launched off the map. The timing of the shot indicates that someone on the other team planned this attack and pulled it off flawlessly. It is hard to say which is more devastating: Being crushed by a care package and having it stolen, or having it shot completely off the map. 15 kills usually take a little bit of time, but the player saw all the hard work shot out of the air in less than a second.

This clip shows how frustrating moments of Call of Duty can be. However, the player was probably joyful to be doing well and racking up kills before the clip starts. The clip also shows that Rust is one of the most dangerous places to call in care packages, because there is no protection from being swarmed by the other team. This clip may also give players inspiration to come up with more sinister ways to deny care packages.

Call of Duty: Modern Warfare is out now for PC, PS4, and Xbox One.
