A new leak may have just spoiled when the next season of Call of Duty: Warzone will start.

Soon. That’s according to a new leak that suggests Call of Duty: Modern Warfare’s Season 4 will begin later this week. The news comes from a dataminer that revealed the launch date in the Call of Duty Discord server, which then got posted onto Twitter by the Discord server’s admin.

And that date? Wednesday, June 10, 2 AM EST.

As you’ll recall, the start of Season 4 for Call of Duty was delayed after protests against George Floyd and many others’ deaths gained national attention. Those protests are ongoing (and likely will be for quite some time, judging by the state’s response), however, Activision may have decided that this was enough of a delay to not steal the spotlight from Black Lives Matters.

Of course, none of this has been confirmed by either Activision or Infinity Ward, so we accept no responsibility if Wednesday comes without a new season.

When Call off Duty: Warzone Season 4 does arrive expect it to bring with it a slew of changes, including a new 200 player cap, the Galil and Vector weapons, and Captain Price as a new operator.
