The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild contains 15 stables that are all scattered about Hyrule. They are made of wonderfully-colored yurts with a giant horse head topping them. The best part about these stables is that they aren’t just for horses, they’re a multi-purpose tent.

Here at these stables, Link can find a bed to sleep in, items for cooking, recipes to eat, directions, elixir ingredients provided by Beedle, and side quests! Here are all 15 stables and their locations in Hyrule found in Breath of the Wild.

15 Dueling Peaks Stable

This stable is found in the Dueling Peaks region in West Necluda. It is specifically found on the road that runs between the Big Twin and Kakariko Bridges. It’s also at the base of the Dueling Peaks mountains southwest of Ash Swamp and east of the mountains.

14 East Akkala Stable

This one is found in the Deep Akkala region on the road leading up to the Akkala Ancient Tech Lab. If you can’t find it there, just know it’s at the base of North Akkala Foothill.

Set in an Autumn climate, Link can find a Cooking Pot, Blue Flame Lantern, Woodcutter’s Axe, and a Woodcutter’s Bow at this stable.

13 Foothill Stable

The Foothill Stable is found in the Eldin Canyon region, which is south of Eldin Tower, and off the road that goes around Death Mountain. Specifically, it is near Cephla Lake before the Maw of Death Mountain. This stable is surrounded by cliffs, hills, trees, and the looming Death Mountain in the distance.

12 Gerudo Canyon Stable

This stable is found in the Gerudo region and is the only stable in the this region. Think Gerudo Wasteland and go there. Just head toward the end of Gerudo Canyon Pass, which is found by way of the Gerudo Desert Gateway.

Kay Noh Shrine is found south of this stable on a nearby cliff. These cliffs are featured in the picture above.

11 Highland Stable

The Highland Stable is located in the Lake Hylia region. The Ka’o Makagh Shrine is located south of Highland Stable.

Outside the stable link can find the ever-so-present Cooking Pot, a Soup Ladle, a Pot Lid, a Farmer’s Pitchfork, and even a Swift Carrot.

10 Lakeside Stable

This stable is commonly found in West Necluda, just west of Floria Bridge and Lake Floria, and found in front of the Shai Utoh shrine. It is also located east of Highland Stable. If you can’t find it by way of those directions, look for the vendor Beedle, who is seen wandering the road near the stable selling arrows and elixirs!

9 Outskirt Stable

Located in Central Hyrule, this stable is found off the road that goes west of the Coliseum Ruins. Several tree stumps surround this stable, as well as Glendo walking by the stable. Beedle also stops by.

8 Rito Stable

This stable is found in the Tabantha Frontier, close to Rito Village. Beedle can be found outside, like with most stables listed. This stable houses a lumber yard with several trees and two Woodcutter Axes. Wood is also found on a cart nearby.

If that doesn’t help, then cargo containers and a wagon sit by a tree by the crossroads.

7 Riverside Stable

This stable is found in Central Hyrule next to a river east of Great Plateau. A dock is located near the stable and has a raft available. The rear of the stable has two fenced off islands for the farm animals in the back.

The stable features Hylian travelers Endai, Kazul and Spoone passing by on horseback. Pikango is also seen working on a painting.

6 Serenne Stable

This stable is found in Great Hyrule Forest. Two shrines border this stable: Maag No’rah Shrine and Monya Toma Shrine. It is also located near the Hebra Tower.

Here, Link can find a Cooking Pot, an Iron Sledgehammer, and Flint, just to name a few things.

5 Snowfield Stable

This stable is found in the Hebra region near the Tabantha Tundra, in the middle of the road between Great Hyrule Forest and the Tabantha Frontier.

This stable conveniently offers horse services, lodging, a Cooking Pot, and three Hylian Retrievers at the stable.

4 South Akkala Stable

The Akkala Highlands house the South Akkala Stable, and to the west of it is the Ze Kasho Shrine.

The stable is surrounded by lovely fall-colored trees and houses horse services and a Cooking Pot. Crates are also available for small items.

3 Tabantha Bridge Stable

This stable is located in the Hyrule Ridge near Tabantha Great Bridge with Shae Loya Shrine just south of it. No surprise here - Beedle is also found at this stable.

Cargo containers, a crate containing spices, a Cooking Pot, and a wagon all sit outside this stable. A livestock pen is also found at this stable!

2 Wetland Stable

This stable is found in the Lanayru Wetlands. It can easily be found by seeing Kass playing his accordion out front, finding Ami next to the Cooking Pot giving directions, and identifying a Woodcutter’s Axe out front behind a crate. Nearby, Yolero and Pikango can be found.

1 Woodland Stable

Found in the Great Hyrule Forest in the northeast section of the map, this stable is located just north and a little to the left of the Sheh Rata Shrine in the Eldin Canyon region.

This stable is situated along the border between Eldin Canyon, Hyrule Field, and Great Hyrule Forest. It also sits right next to Pico Pond.
