Another large patch has been released for Black Desert Mobile today, adding in a brand new region alongside some new events and bugfixes.
West Valencia is the star of the update, adapting part of the large desert region from Black Desert Online. A new region means that a brand new set of quests and missions are also available for players to tackle. Some of these will surely involve fighting the local wildlife, including Sandceratops and Stone Waragons. To facilitate this brand new content, characters can now be leveled to Lv 75, an increase of five levels.
According to the patch notes, players “will learn about the ancient civilization, the rise and stagnation of Valencia, and the story behind ‘Black Desert’” as they travel throughout the region. It’s highly likely that a future patch will add more of Valencia to BDM, as West Valencia only covers a relatively small part of full region.
Also added in the latest patch, the Hidden Golden Vault is available for players to explore. Golden Vault Entry Passes are required to enter the vault, with the potential rewards being appropriately golden as well. One reward in particular, the Golden Crown, can be sold for a high price to merchants.
