Black Desert’s recently-added Hashashin class has officially received its Awakening skills on PlayStation 4 and Xbox One versions, courtesy of a free content update that introduces new skills, a secondary weapon, and more.
Pearl Abyss’ popular fantasy MMORPG is also due to celebrate its one-year anniversary on the PlayStation 4. As part of the festivities, console players (on both Xbox One and PS4) will get treated to some in-game rewards, including 200 Cron Stones and a rare boss chest purchasable from the Mileage shop.

- Ensnaring Sands - shift the sand beneath an enemy’s feet to trap them in place. Constriction - summon sand snakes that will constrict and bind your foes, rendering them immobile The Paradise Surge - quickly close the gap between Hashashin and an enemy to deliver a lethal blow.
Remember that in order to awaken your Hashashin, you must first reach Level 56, then talk to the Black Spirit to pick up the relevant quest.
Along with the Hashashin’s updates, the console version of Black Desert will now also receive the Dream Horse, Arduanatt, which has a few exclusive skills such as Wings of the Wind and Wings of Freedom.
This all comes with yet another announcement that the game’s PS4 and Xbox One versions will be receiving a physical launch - the Black Desert Prestige Edition - which will also feature the Glorious Shudad outfit and an exclusive pet, amongst other things.
An official release date has yet to be announced, but the developers have confirmed that the Prestige Edition will be releasing some time later this year.
